Over the past several years, IHPP has been a key advisor and collaborative partner with Contra Costa Health Regional Medical Center (CCRMC) in it's behavioral health integration and population-based care quality improvement efforts which included CCRMC being recognized by the California Dept of Health Care Services - Public Hospital Redesign and Incentives in Medi-Cal (PRIME) with the PRIME 2019 Award of Excellence (a state-wide recognition of performance on key health care quality metrics for integrated behavioral health).
